Shipping and returns
Avenue Eyewear products are solely intended for shipment to Quebec and British Columbia. Shipping is provided by Canada Post to the address entered by the customer upon placing their order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the order. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped once your lenses are edged and mounted.
Once your order is validated by our team, please allow 4 to 10 days for product delivery. Delays vary according to the address provided by the customer.
How much is shipping ?
Shipping to a partner clinic is free on orders over $90 (excluding taxes and rebates). For home delivery, shipping fees of $5 (excluding taxes) will apply.

Avenue Eyewear will issue an exchange or refund of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How do I ask for a return ?
Where do I mail my return ?
Return products intact and unused in their original packaging, including case and accessories, included in the original delivery within 15 days of receiving the return form.. Only use original packaging and ensure it is sealed with tape.
After reception and verification of products, Avenue Eyewear will proceed to refund your purchase or offer a store credit.
Terms ans conditions
Shipping charges may apply should one or more items ordered be cancelled, reducing the subtotal before taxes to under $90 and/or for a change of address.
Shipment to PO boxes is not accepted.
All prices are in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Avenue Eyewear reserves the right to modify or cancel free shipping on orders over $90 at any time. Home delivery only applies to Canada Post parcel service across Canada. Subject to restrictions.
A maximum of 30 days from date of order receipt can be expected for refund or exchange*. Customer must inform Avenue Eyewear of their intention to return products by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If several return requests are made for one order, only the first return request will be paid for by Avenue Eyewear.
*Promotional and/or final sale items are non-refundable. Said products will be clearly identified on the Avenue Eyewear Website.
Avenue Eyewear reserves the right to refuse refund of a product returned by a customer that does not meet the required conditions stated above, is damaged, incomplete, is deteriorated from its original state and/or differs from its original order.
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the return is related to a shipping error on behalf of Avenue Eyewear.
At Avenue Eyewear your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our priority. This is why all products sold on www.avenueeyewear.ca are covered under legal warranty against a lack of conformity and by a 12 month warranty.
Upon delivery, customer agrees to verify product conformity. Any shipping errors or defects must be officially filed by the customer within 30 days from delivery date. Following thorough inspection by Avenue Eyewear the product will either be refunded or echanged for an identical product within 14 days.
Customer has up to 12 months to contact Avenue Eyewear in the event of a manufacturing defect. Once the defect is confirmed, a product exchange or refund will be issued within 14 days. Defects due to poor maintenance or misuse will not be subject to reimbursment.
Avenue Eyewear garantees that all products sold on its Website are in accordance with existing Canadian regulations.
